That vision became Lou Life—a clinic built around the idea that longevity is not simply about adding years, but about improving the quality, strength, and vitality within those years. In Oklahoma, where many individuals still experience gaps in access, education, and continuity of care, Lou Life was designed to bridge medical excellence with compassion, natural healing, and practical support for everyday living. I’m Debbie, and at the center of everything I do is family and community. I was raised in a family where you show up for people — not just when it’s convenient, but when it matters. Those early lessons in love, loyalty, and taking care of one another shaped the way I move through the world. They taught me that community isn’t something you just live in; it’s something you nurture, protect, and pour yourself into. Stillwater has always been home in the truest sense of the word. It’s where my roots are, where my family’s stories live, and where the people around me feel like an extension of that family. I love the way this town comes together — the familiar faces, the shared traditions, the sense that we’re all connected in some small but meaningful way.
